    • From 16/08/2026, Nios Admission starts again with a late fee of Rs 520/, and the Nios admission’s last date with this late fee is 30/08/2026..
    • From 01/09/2026, Nios admission starts again with a late fee of Rs. 910/, and the Nios Admission’s last date with this late fee is 15/09/2026.

    After the above date, No admission will be accepted by the Nios board for Classes 10th or 12th.

    Nios admission 2026 for classes 10th and 12th is subject to some eligibility conditions and documents; hence the students applying for Nios 10th class or Nios 12th Class must check the following list of Documents for entry to Nios Courses.

    • If Student has any formal schooling, then the school leaving certificate duly countersigned by the education officer with the Complete date of Birth of the Student is required for Nios 10th Class admission.
    • If students don’t have formal schooling, then an Aadhar card of the Student with a Complete date of Birth is required for Nios 10th Class Courses. Students without formal qualifications must also submit a self-certificate indicating that they have studied at home and can pursue the Nios 10th Class secondary course.
    • If the complete date of Birth is not on the Aadhar card. In that case, the Student then Student have to submit a valid date of birth certificate. It should be issued by a Municipal board or Corporation, a Municipal Body, a Village Panchayat, or any other body authorized by the Registrar, Birth, and Death, Government of India.
    • Address Proof of Student showing the address of Student on Aadhar card, Ration Card, Appointment Letter from the Employer on Letter Head, water bill, telephone bill, electricity bill, statement of running bank account. Rent agreement For a student living in rental accommodation.
    • One recently clicked Colour passport size photograph of the Student.
    • Signature of Student on white paper

    Documents required for Nios 12th Class

    • scanned Copy of the class 10th Qualifying mark sheet of the Student from a recognized board 
    • For address proof, any of the papers given above for class 10th admission.
